Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Crypsis Collective Inc mobile applications, websites, AI-assisted features, subscriptions, purchases, and related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using any Crypsis Collective Inc product or service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

These Terms apply to our applications and related services, including Dr.outfit, MoneyTrack, HomeFit AI Coach, Thoring: Plant identifier, PlantApp-Plant Id and Diagnose, Hairstyle Designer, Prism Atelier, TwoMemory: AI Songs, Music, AR Draw, Memento AI Photo Frame, our websites, support services, and any related features we provide.

2. Our Services

Crypsis Collective Inc provides software products for personal utility, productivity, lifestyle, AI-assisted analysis, and mobile workflows. Some features may be local-first, some may use device-based accounts, and some may use cloud, advertising, analytics, payment, or third-party AI services.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also release updates, fixes, or product changes that affect how a feature works.

3. Eligibility and Responsible Use

You must be legally able to use the services in your location. Our products are not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You agree not to misuse the services, including by:

  • Using the services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purposes.
  • Uploading content that violates another person's rights, privacy, or intellectual property.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, or compromise the services.
  • Using automated systems to scrape, copy, or abuse the services without permission.
  • Using AI or analysis outputs as a substitute for professional judgment where professional advice is needed.

4. Accounts and Security

Some products may use device-based accounts, optional email binding, login identifiers, purchase entitlements, points balances, or similar account records. You are responsible for keeping your device, account access, and login information secure.

You agree to provide accurate information when contacting support or requesting account assistance. If you request deletion of an account, we may ask for information needed to verify the request and locate the correct product account.

5. Limited License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications and services for your own lawful personal or internal use.

You may not sell, sublicense, copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from the services except where we expressly allow it or where applicable law gives you that right.

6. User Content

You may provide content such as photos, selfies, videos, text, notes, wardrobe items, plant images, financial records, training records, support messages, and other information. You keep ownership of your content.

You grant Crypsis Collective Inc a limited license to process, host, transmit, analyze, display, and use your content only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the services, and as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed to upload or submit content to the services.

7. AI-Assisted Features

Some products include AI-assisted features, including image analysis, video pose analysis, OCR, recommendations, summaries, explanations, coaching-style feedback, plant diagnosis, hairstyle generation, photo-to-art transformation, line-art generation, AI together-photo generation, AI music and lyric generation, and outfit suggestions. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, unsafe for a specific situation, or unsuitable for your needs.

You should review AI outputs carefully and use your own judgment. AI outputs are provided for general informational and convenience purposes only and are not professional advice.

Where a feature sends personal data to a third-party AI service, the app will provide an in-app notice or permission prompt before sending that data. If you decline, the relevant AI feature may not be available or may not produce a result.

AI requests may be routed through and retained by Crypsis Collective Inc systems before being processed by OpenAI. Crypsis Collective Inc does not use AI request data or generated outputs to train or fine-tune AI models. Additional details about the information sent, retention, and user choices are provided in our Privacy Policy.

8. Product-Specific Limits

  • HomeFit AI Coach may use on-device pose detection, such as Google ML Kit or MediaPipe-based pose landmark detection, to estimate body landmarks and movement patterns from exercise videos or camera frames. Pose detection and AI feedback can be inaccurate and do not provide medical diagnosis, injury treatment, rehabilitation, or emergency advice. Stop exercising and seek qualified help if you experience pain, dizziness, injury, or other health concerns.
  • MoneyTrack is a personal finance organization tool. It does not provide investment, tax, accounting, legal, credit, insurance, or other regulated financial advice.
  • Hairstyle Designer may analyze front-facing selfies and generate hairstyle recommendations or preview images. Face-shape, facial-feature, and hairstyle outputs are for personal styling reference only and are not identity verification, medical, biometric authentication, beauty, dermatology, hair-loss, or professional salon advice.
  • Prism Atelier uploads photos selected or captured by the user to generate stylized colored-pencil images. Generated results are for personal creative and reference use, may differ from the source photo, may omit or alter details, and are unsuitable for identity verification or any purpose requiring an accurate representation.
  • TwoMemory: AI Songs, Music may upload memory descriptions, original lyrics, song settings, and selected photos to a configured AI music service to generate audio, lyrics, and song metadata. Generated results are for personal creative and reference use, may be inaccurate, incomplete, stylized, or similar to other content, and must not be treated as an exact record of a person or event. You must have the rights and permissions needed for all submitted text and photos.
  • AR Draw overlays selected references on the live camera for tracing and may upload a photo only when you confirm an optional AI line-art request. Generated line art is for personal creative and reference use, may be inaccurate, incomplete, stylized, or unsuitable for an exact reproduction, and must not be used for identity verification or another purpose requiring an accurate representation. You must have the rights and permissions needed for submitted images.
  • Memento AI Photo Frame edits photos and short videos locally and, when AI Together is enabled, may upload two user-selected photos and generation settings to create a shared-scene image. You must have permission to use every submitted photo, including images of children or other people. Generated results are for personal creative and reference use, may be inaccurate, incomplete, stylized, or unsuitable as an exact record, and must not be used for identity verification or another purpose requiring an accurate representation.
  • Thoring: Plant identifier and PlantApp-Plant Id and Diagnose provide general plant identification and care information. They should not be relied on for poisoning, food safety, pet safety, agricultural, environmental, or emergency decisions.
  • Dr.outfit provides style, wardrobe, and outfit suggestions for convenience and personal preference. Results may not match your expectations, fit, availability, weather, or real-world conditions.

9. Purchases, Subscriptions, Points, and Refunds

Some products may offer paid features, subscriptions, credits, points, in-app purchases, or purchase entitlements. Prices, renewal terms, trial periods, and available paid features may vary by product, country, platform, and app store.

Purchases made through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app store are processed by that store and are subject to that store's payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules. Unless otherwise required by law or app store policy, we do not control app store refunds.

Points, credits, or entitlements may be limited to the product or account for which they were issued. They may be adjusted or revoked where necessary to process refunds, chargebacks, fraud, abuse, duplicate delivery, or legal requirements. Points or credits purchased through an app store do not expire. Promotional, bonus, trial, or complimentary points may expire where permitted by applicable law if any expiration terms are disclosed when those points are granted.

10. Ads, Third-Party Services, and Platform Terms

Some products may display advertising or use third-party services for AI processing, app analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring, remote configuration, messaging, payment processing, hosting, customer support, or business intelligence. These services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Your use of an app downloaded from Apple App Store, Google Play, or another distribution platform may also be subject to that platform's terms. Apple, Google, and other platform providers are not responsible for providing our services or support unless their own terms state otherwise.

11. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the services if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or harm, abused the services, or if we need to comply with law, security requirements, or platform rules.

After termination, provisions that by their nature should continue will continue, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, payment obligations, and dispute-related provisions.

12. Disclaimers

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, security, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or available at all times, or that AI outputs, recommendations, diagnoses, summaries, calculations, or other generated results will be correct or suitable for your situation.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crypsis Collective Inc and its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product or service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim arose, or 50 USD, whichever is greater.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we update them, we will revise the date above and post the updated version on this page. Your continued use of the services after an update means you accept the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
